Menu Plan Monday: Battle of the Home Meal Kits

As mentioned previously, using a meal kit delivery service to stay Whole30 compliant isn't the easiest thing to do without some forethought and planning. On Instagram, the Whole30 account was touting their partnership with Blue Apron, so we thought we would try them out.

It's been one thing after another with Blue Apron...



but the food finally arrived and we started Sunday night.





Menu Plan for Week of January 28 - February 3, 2018


Sunday:

Blue-Apron Chicken and Orange-Kale Salad (Whole30)


Monday:




Tuesday: 

Blue Apron Honey Mustard Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges and Slaw


Wednesday:

Plated: Beef Bolognese Over Roasted Spaghetti Squash (yes, this is a repeat recipe - so good!) (Whole30 if you sub in coconut cream for the heavy cream)


Thursday:

Friday:

Saturday:




All-in-all, I'm not impressed with Blue Apron and I will be sticking with Plated for as long as I can afford it.
