Recap: Capture Your 365 - Week 4-5

January 25:

#cy365 Day 25- #Resolve I resolve to hit or exceed my daily step goal. Walking is the easiest and best way I know of to keep my weight, back pain, and heart health under control. I plan to make it to 70 at least (long story). Thanks to #fitbit, there are plenty of people to keep me motivated and accountable, more than any other program I've tried previously. We're not competitive at all, right? 😁😁😁 #captureyour365 #teva My other walking shoes are New Balance.
