To get in mah belly, apparently. In looking for variety and ease this week, most of my meals call for chicken. Lunch again this week will be either tuna avocado salad or leftovers.
Monday: Stuffed sweet potatoes (with turkey bacon)
Tuesday: Pecan Crusted Chicken (or Steak Salad if the heat is too much)
Wednesday: Zucchini Parmesan
Thursday: Chicken Waldorf salad
Friday: Blackened Chicken with zoodles and avocado cream sauce
