3 Things Bootcamp Taught Me

1. If I ever do another squat, it will be too soon. Also, I can't do a lunge without falling over unless I brace my forward leg with my hands. Absolutely no core strength. Period.

2. I couldn't do a burpee even if you held a gun to my head.

3. I don't get a high after a workout. I get surly and unsociable. Unlike the Hunk who is channeling Tigger at the moment. What the hell???

Bonus Item: I ★can★ do a plank for a minute if I just zone out.

I'm going to take a shower now.
