just a quickie
I really don't want to go to the gym today, but I have no reason to avoid my appointment. Quick, someone give me a reason. I really hate pain. I need to explain to my trainer that I am not a healthy woman in the 25-34 age range. I'm unhealthy, out of shape, and stress does weird things to my respiratory system. Not to mention the bad back, which is why I go to the gym, supposedly to strengthen it. Ok, food intake before I go. Appointment is at 11 and then I'm headed to Beaverton to buy hair.
